At THE CODE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
